Kim has been a huge support during the purchase and selling of my Condo. We have texted and spoken so much these past 3.5 years about the market and realestate as well as personal issues with our mom's, that I now consider Kim to be not only the best realtor in the industry but also a close friend as well. The laughs and jokes exchanged will forever be in my memories. She used her knowledge to the max with me because I didn't have a clue what to do. There is no doubt that Kim will be my forever realtor in the DE and MD market. She's a one in a million Gem. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.
