The day I decided to look into moving to Delaware I was on YouTube and came across a video Brandon posted and I was impressed with the information he shared about all things Delaware. Well, from that point on I viewed all the videos and learned so much that by the time I went to meet with him I had learned so much not only about Delaware but Felton which is where I wanted to be. At that point I knew I wanted him as my realtor. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He made the house purchasing process seamless by letting me know what to expect step by step. If ever I had any questions or concerns he was always available to speak with me and address things with the builder if needed. He was there with me and my family through the entire process from the beginning to my closing and by the end it felt more like I met a new found family member in DE. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market and how to get my house sold quickly. She gave me advice on getting the house ready to sell that was spot on. She marketed the house aggressively and it was under contract within 3 weeks. Throughout the entire process, as short as it was, she was always available to answer questions and walked me through everything. I have worked with Lisa to buy our new house as well.
