The day I decided to look into moving to Delaware I was on YouTube and came across a video Brandon posted and I was impressed with the information he shared about all things Delaware. Well, from that point on I viewed all the videos and learned so much that by the time I went to meet with him I had learned so much not only about Delaware but Felton which is where I wanted to be. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market and how to get my house sold quickly. She gave me advice on getting the house ready to sell that was spot on. She marketed the house aggressively and it was under contract within 3 weeks. Throughout the entire process, as short as it was, she was always available to answer questions and walked me through everything. I have worked with Lisa to buy our new house as well.
