I found Brandon on youtube, I started watching his videos (which are very informative and give you all the information you need to learn about different areas of DE), builders, communities, and family life. Brandon is very knowledgeable and was always available when we had questions, or concerns that needed to be addressed with the builder, he had our back through the entire process. Brandon started as our realtor and has now become our friend, he is a great person.

Brandon has made our home buying process one to remember. He was very communicative, professional knowledgeable and helpful. He was always available for any questions or concerns that we had. He was understanding and down to earth and made a journey that some people would describe stressful, very smooth and enjoyable. He was reassuring during uncertainty, and overall just a pleasure to work with! Thank you again, Brandon for helping us find our forever home!

The day I decided to look into moving to Delaware I was on YouTube and came across a video Brandon posted and I was impressed with the information he shared about all things Delaware. Well, from that point on I viewed all the videos and learned so much that by the time I went to meet with him I had learned so much not only about Delaware but Felton which is where I wanted to be. At that point I knew I wanted him as my realtor. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He made the house purchasing process seamless by letting me know what to expect step by step. If ever I had any questions or concerns he was always available to speak with me and address things with the builder if needed. He was there with me and my family through the entire process from the beginning to my closing and by the end it felt more like I met a new found family member in DE. I will honestly say, if you are looking to move to DE please watch Brandon Windom’s videos to help you make the best informed decision in your home buying process and possibly work with him to keep things seamless during what can be very stressful. I promise you won’t be disappointed. I was also pleasantly surprised that he gave me an ice cream maker at my closing for me and my family to enjoy!😊

Brandon did a good job with marketing our mom’s house which was a bit more on the difficult side as it is an older home needing many updates. He again was always available to stop by and/or answer phone calls. He kept us in the loop with feedback from viewings and contacted us quickly when offers came in. His negotiation skills got us what we wanted at the end of the day - our mom’s house sold for a fair price. We would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.
