Both are extremely professional, knowledgable, highly responsive, can change course easily, non-stop enthusiasm for seeking your right-fit in the market, compassionate for the challenges of moving, suggesting the right crew for assistance with all additional work if needed, eagerly stays with your desires or changes as they occur, selecting the homes in the market with your preferences, will go with the flow and stays fluid, patient and kind, schedules showings and viewings completely with the client’s timeframes, thoroughly researches each properties for the pros and cons and relays each in terms all can understand, suggests financing, banking, home improvements professionals who react to her outreach and reputation in the community with respect for all involved, always on time and any promise to see a number of properties is carefully arranged between their availability and her schedule, has excellent references, insists of herself and her team to provide the best solutions for all, as well as a good sense of humor which is definitely needed with the importance of any purchase or selling. I cannot say enough about Linda. She has made this experience a very enjoyable adventure. I don't even know where to start. She meets every need you might have, sometimes even before you know you have the need. She adds a personal touch that I have never experienced before from a realtor, and I have worked with several. Her 40 years of experience in the Lewes/Rehoboth realty market is invaluable. She is so incredibly knowledgeable about every detail of the construction of these homes. Besides doing everything she could to find me the home that would make me happiest, she provided some real emotional support when I encountered obstacles in the sale of my previous home and the purchase of one here. I also want to acknowledge Bridget, who holds down the fort back at the office on the computer while Linda is out showing their clients properties with her special personal touch. Linda is very knowledgeable about various type of housing for individual requests. She listens to the potential buyers carefully to see what the real requests are in a home in this area.
