As first time homebuyers we came in with zero to little knowledge of the home buying process. Kat and Erica not only had all the information on what to do and when, they also came with tons of amazing helpful recommendations. They were quick to reply to emails, phone calls, and texts, as well as meeting us quite a distance from their "home base" to be at the property we bought for any inspections, etc we had done or wanted/needed extra support for. They also took time to make sure we weren't confused or left out of the loop - even when it meant explaining the same thing to us multiple times in different ways. They were patient, knowledgeable, and present for us the entire time.
