Jen was an excellent realtor. I couldn't have picked a better partner for my interstate move. She walked me thru the process and was very helpful. I was nervous about my move and she calmed me down. Just being able to talk to her made things better. If I ever have to move again, she'll be my go to realtor. Best of all she has a wonderful sense of humor and she made me laugh! I felt like she listened to me and picked up on the little things I said. I am truly grateful for her guidance and commitment. I can't thank her enough.
I was looking for an agent that would most of all listen to me and aslo not push to lower the price,especailly too soon after listing the home.She did just that listend and when i did lower the price she didnt push me lower than the amount i wanted.The house sold in a decent amount of time,then the fun began with a house i oput asn offer in.That whole transaction was more than complicated and aggrevating ,yet Lisa kept he calm when i was beside myself.She had to probaly do and go thru more than with most listingEspecailly putting up with me someone who has to have ecveryhgting doen yesterday,Bottom line she is beyond professional she is very nice and in the end no matter the road blocks got everything taken carer.Alwasy answered the phone when I called,,Again best agent I havew ever worked with

Every single part of my experience was positive. Andrea went above and beyond at every stage from discussing my needs, looking at homes, meeting with builders, comparing different parts of Lewes, participating in the design session for my new home, taking pictures during the build, moving items out of the garage due to a mistake by the PM when a contractor came to do some work, and lending me an air mattress when my bed wasn't delivered in time. I'm sure I missed a few things but you should get the point. Andrea was fantastic!
Being born and raised in Milford, Kelly was able to price our home for a quick sale. She walked beside me every step of the way during this venture. She was reassuring and comforting and worked diligently behind the scenes to make sure things ran smoothly all the way to the end. I would recommend Kelly to friends and family in the Delaware area.
