Kim has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years with experience in existing home sales and new construction. A top-producing sales associate and settlement coordinator for a majority of her career, Kim also has a background in sales administration, multi-media marketing, and accounting.
A graduate of Caesar Rodney Senior High School, Kim grew up in the Dover and Camden areas, making her home at the beach in 1988. A resident of Ocean View, Kim is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®, the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce, and the American Association of Notaries. She specializes in assisting first-time home buyers, second-home buyers, investors, and retirees with their real estate needs.
