Bill Gaines Does What is Takes!

My wife and I had a great experience with Bill Gaines selling our Lewes home. He was a great communicator and very attentive every step of the way, from pre-listing of our home right up until closing day. He's a realist, and was very adaptive to the market as we sold our home in under a month, which was very much what we needed. As we were moving to an area he didn't service, he recommended our buying agent to us, and worked hand in hand to make sure our contingency buy/sell went off without a hitch. He was always there when needed, and even at hours that were not "normal". Bill is a consummate whom we highly recommend!
