Kim worked with my wife and I for nearly three years to find the perfect property for us in Ocean View near Bethany Beach. She was an invaluable source of local information, communicated promptly and informatively on every question we sent her. She was our "eyes and ears" as we worked with her from out-of-state. Kim was always available to check out any property we asked about, and we simply couldn't have done this purchase without her. Thanks Kim!!

Kim was very responsive. Would give me routine updates on how the sale was going before closing.

My wife and I had a great experience with Bill Gaines selling our Lewes home. He was a great communicator and very attentive every step of the way, from pre-listing of our home right up until closing day. He's a realist, and was very adaptive to the market as we sold our home in under a month, which was very much what we needed. As we were moving to an area he didn't service, he recommended our buying agent to us, and worked hand in hand to make sure our contingency buy/sell went off without a hitch. He was always there when needed, and even at hours that were not "normal". Bill is a consummate whom we highly recommend!

We had worked with John Zacharias when we purchased our beach house in 2017. He did a great job so we called him again when we decided to sell that house in 2026. John did a superlative job listing, marketing and selling our home in record time!

I had an outstanding experience working with Bill as the agent for the sale of my home. From start to finish, he handled every issue that came up with professionalism, expertise, and incredible efficiency. His guidance throughout the closing process was invaluable, and his advice was consistently spot on. Bill made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable every step of the way. I would recommend Bill to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate agent.
