Gina and Michelle really dug in and made us feel like we were their most important clients from the initial plan of attack prior to listing, right through the ultimate sale and beyond. We were frequently updated with any news and developments, always received immediate, thoughtful responses to our questions, and always got expert and professional counsel. From our perspective, the Cockerille Team worked seamlessly to make sure that we not only presented the best sales campaign, but that we also found the right buyer and deal for our needs. We had full faith and trust in the sales strategy, and in the end, the results far exceeded our expectations - we could not have had a better (or honestly, more fun!) seller experience. Gina and Michelle are the consummate professionals, and our only regret is that we don't have another home to sell through them (they really ARE that great to work with!). We'd give this review 10 stars, but we're capped at 5 - absolutely THE BEST!!!
