It was never a problem getting in touch with Tricia, but at the same time she was not pestering me with details. I was unable to travel to the property because of surgery. She stepped in an took care of things that needed done, such as furniture removal, cleaning,etc. She took a huge load off of me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
