Amazing agent!
Tricia was an amazing agent. We drove down to Maryland from Pennsylvania after seeing the house on the internet. We called the agent on the sign and he told us he couldn't represent the seller and the buyer so he contacted Tricia for us. She called us immediately on a Sunday afternoon and we got to see the property the next day. Her guidance throughout the entire sale transaction was seamless. There were two safety issues that I would not budge on and the sellers did not want to deal with; however, she came up with a plan that satisfied us. We defiantly would recommend her to anyone who is selling or buying a home in the area that she is licensed for. She is a very pleasant and accommodating lady,

Very knowledgeable, goes the extra mile.
It was never a problem getting in touch with Tricia, but at the same time she was not pestering me with details. I was unable to travel to the property because of surgery. She stepped in an took care of things that needed done, such as furniture removal, cleaning,etc. She took a huge load off of me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
