We had never sold a property before, so we didn’t know what to expect. Nicole Yeingst was so helpful in selling our home. We had done a few renovations and she made a few suggestions for us to help improve the value of our house. She took care of running the open house for us as well as coordinating with the buyers and their agents to get us the best possible offers. She was willing to come to the house to meet with us on multiple occasions to go over paperwork so that we didn’t have to drive to the real estate office. There was even a point after we were under contract with a buyer that the appraiser wanted us to have something treated in our basement. Nicole recommended a contractor and even set up the appointment time for him to come and complete the work within a week to ensure we stayed on track for our settlement date. She guided us through every step of the process and made everything so smooth and simple. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

This was my first time purchasing a house so I was a little unsure how the whole process worked. Ashley made sure to lay everything out in ways that I could understand which was a big help. I would recommend Ashley to anyone who is looking for help buying/selling their house, including myself sometime down the road. She was always available when I had a question (no matter how small) and to see the houses that peaked my interest. And her overall knowledge of the industry showed throughout the process of buying a home.

If I could give Jerry 20 stars, I would. He is the consummate professional. Always responsive, knowledgeable, informative and helpful, but more importantly he truly cares about his clients. It took us 4 years to finally make the decision to sell our home of 39 years, which was an emotional decision for us. During that 4 year period, Jerry must have showed us 50 to 75 houses and got us information on another 50 more. Never a complaint from him, even when I would text or email him after hours. He was gracious and caring and became a friend throughout the process. He helped us to find the perfect home and he helped to find us buyers for our property that care about it as we do, so moving on is easier. I cannot say enough positive things about it. If you want to buy or sell your home, there is no realtor who will do more or put in more effort than Jerry Riggleman.

Gwenn was really good to work with. I was overseas and she helped me view homes remotely via FaceTime and was willing to deal with the time difference so I could see the homes I was interested in. Highly recommend agent!
