I needed to sell property after my father passed and, because I live out of state, Elva stepped up and went above and beyond to make the experience as convenient and pain free as possible. Elva well exceeded expectations from the very beginning. She was always on time and very professional. With this being my first time selling property I needed a good bit of hand holding and Elva was very thorough in walking me through every step of the process from listing to settlement. She was very knowledgeable about the township, and area the home was located in being able to offer valuable insights as well as market in a way that drew the maximum amount of buyer attention. We had alot of showings despite the property being very unique. She knew exactly how to list and market to overcome all of the potential hurdles maximizing the opportunity for the estate. She kept me informed about every showing, all of the feedback from the showings, as well as any other pertinent information along the way. I felt very informed and never out of the loop. Even with the challenges faced by the uniqueness of the property and there fact we were outside of the peak buying season Elva was able to secure a buyer and we were able to settle in a fairly short amount of time.
