Amy initially helped me purchase a new home, she was quick to see and resolve potential issues, and helped me successfully acquire my happy place. We had a fair amount of communication with the buyer and their agent ahead of settlement and Amy handled it with expertise so that myself as the seller and the buyer via their agent were happy. Melissa Spencer is as professional as any Realtor that I have ever worked with or known. She goes way behind the typical real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, competent, respectful, detailed to the max, incredibly helpful, johnny on the spot for anything that needs to be done. If she says she'll do something, she does it and in a timely manner. She does all of this without being annoying! That's a feat in itself!
