She is very relaxing to work with. House hunting is stressful enough without having to deal with someone who is pushy. Never steered us wrong. Gave solid advice throughout the buying process. Extremely responsive to our needs; excellent communicator; experienced in the real estate market

As first time homebuyers we came in with zero to little knowledge of the home buying process. Kat and Erica not only had all the information on what to do and when, they also came with tons of amazing helpful recommendations. They were quick to reply to emails, phone calls, and texts, as well as meeting us quite a distance from their "home base" to be at the property we bought for any inspections, etc we had done or wanted/needed extra support for. They also took time to make sure we weren't confused or left out of the loop - even when it meant explaining the same thing to us multiple times in different ways. They were patient, knowledgeable, and present for us the entire time.

The whole process was very overwhelming at first since this was an Estate sale. Skip was the stabilizing factor that made it all flow properly. Every single part of my experience was positive. Andrea went above and beyond at every stage from discussing my needs, looking at homes, meeting with builders, comparing different parts of Lewes, participating in the design session for my new home, taking pictures during the build, moving items out of the garage due to a mistake by the PM when a contractor came to do some work, and lending me an air mattress when my bed wasn't delivered in time. I'm sure I missed a few things but you should get the point. Andrea was fantastic!
