Excellent eye when touring a home - expresses concerns when valid and provides great insight on houses' potential. Definitely keep doing independent searches because the MLS won't show everything and sometimes lags. The agent is most important for the negotiation portion of the deal and the contracts/documents. Though you may wind up finding something you like on your own, Dianne is great at researching a property and comparisons, being honest about what it's worth, and helping you make a strong offer.
