Dave and Team Landon worked with me to both sell my old home and buy my new one. The experience was outstanding and I couldn't be happier with how it went. This review is about the purchase. This went great. We looked at about 10 homes, and with each viewing, I was able to narrow my scope and wishlist down and he learned better what I was looking for as the search continued. It was a pleasure working with Kate throughout this process. Although the buyer was unreasonable and at times extremely difficult to please, Kate never waivered, stood her ground when she knew she was right. She brought in subcontractors to repair a couple of minor discrepancies and saw the deal through to fruition while shielding me, the seller, from having to deal with a difficult buyer. I would have no reservations about working with Kate again in the future.

This guy does not stop. He replies all day. Very communicative!! Works at ridiculous hours and even while on vacation. I do not know how to recommend him more!!

Janie listened to what I wanted, price points, lot size, etc. and took a lot of care to send me exactly what I was looking for as my buyers agent. She was also my selling agent and demonstrated the utmost professionalism. She also pulled out the bells and whistles from amazing pictures to great marketing materials, and even supplying booties to protect our home while being shown. We had challenging buyers and she handled them professionally while looking out for our best interest. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience on both the selling side and buying side. My wife and I recently purchased a home in Bear with Dave's help. The market was tight at the tie we were looking. We put bids in a few homes that were unsuccessful. Dave helped us weather that process and eventually we found our forever home. It really pays having a real estate agent that has lots of experience. Dave checks that box. Not only did he know the area well, he knew about builders and build quality, possible renovation ideas, and pitfalls of the homes we looked at. He always answered our questions, at sometimes ungodly hours, and even post-settlement, was still there for us. Because of his long-term experience, he has forged relationships with many other realtors, and this relationship with our seller's agent no doubt helped insure our candidacy for a house which was sure to get competitive bidding, given our contingency sale on our other home which was pending. Dave is a stand-up guy, who is super busy but always found time for us. We look forward to sharing our renovation results with him. You'd be wise to use Dave Watlington as your selling or buying agent. He's the best!

I would recommend Dianne to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. She is very knowledgeable in her profession. I case was slightly different pertaining to the decision of selling. She is very caring and understands her clients. She also provided contact information for movers, contractors and painters-all of whom provided excellent service.
