Although the buyer was unreasonable and at times extremely difficult to please, Kate never waivered, stood her ground when she knew she was right. She brought in subcontractors to repair a couple of minor discrepancies and saw the deal through to fruition while shielding me, the seller, from having to deal with a difficult buyer. I would have no reservations about working with Kate again in the future.
