Great communication and fast sale

Dave Landon is an excellent realtor. Walking through a house with him is like having professional eyes inspecting the systems, structures, and potential risks of purchasing a home. He has an eye for details and works hard at every viewing. He also has a great sense for the market and gives wise counsel when thinking through valuation. He’s a trustworthy guide to advise you on a fair yet competitive price for a home. Finally, Dave listens and actually cares about you finding a suitable home. Add to that responsive communication and trustworthy execution, and you’ve got a great partner to find your next home.

Dave and Kirsten were awesome through the entire process. The original marketing analysis was thorough and right on target - which was a great help since we were moving to another state and had to make some reasonable assumptions about how the sale would go. They gave excellent advice on timing (when to put our house on the market during an off-season period) and preparation (what to keep/remove for showings). They did a great job promoting our house prior to going on the market. When our house went on the market, they told us how quickly they thought it would sell and for what price. While we thought they might be too optimistic, once again they were right on. They quickly brought us an offer that met - or, more correctly, significantly exceeded - our expectations. After we accepted the offer, they kept us on track with the various steps toward closing. In addition, they connected us with an excellent professional who was able to do final cleanup and trash removal in advance of the closing date, even though the time to closing was very short after we moved out of the house. They even supervised the final cleanup since we were already out of state at the time and could not do so. Bottom line - we put our full trust in them every step of the way and they delivered!

Would like to put out that Mr. Landon was very supportive in my quest to find a home that would fit my personal needs. He was there all the way and he had a lot of knowledge to pass on to me to help me find my my perfect home. I would not have been able to do it without Dave and I think he knows that.
