Amazing experience, we sold our house sitting remotely in Texas. All the heavy lifting was done by Melissa. We just collected our proceedings. There was a lot of pre-work required for staging the house. Everything was taken care was Melissa. We got offer within a week of listing. We were amazed by the experience. They are expert in what they and were lucky to have come in their contact. We have couple of more homes that we want to sell and already talking to Melissa for them.

Dave Landon served as our agent in the showing, marketing pictures and key documents needed to successfully sell our home. He was key in arranging the appointments for the showings, inspections, and requests from the buyers for additional measurements all while we were out of state visiting a house bound relative.
