Dave and Kirsten were awesome through the entire process. The original marketing analysis was thorough and right on target - which was a great help since we were moving to another state and had to make some reasonable assumptions about how the sale would go. They gave excellent advice on timing (when to put our house on the market during an off-season period) and preparation (what to keep/remove for showings). They did a great job promoting our house prior to going on the market. When our house went on the market, they told us how quickly they thought it would sell and for what price. While we thought they might be too optimistic, once again they were right on. They quickly brought us an offer that met - or, more correctly, significantly exceeded - our expectations. After we accepted the offer, they kept us on track with the various steps toward closing. In addition, they connected us with an excellent professional who was able to do final cleanup and trash removal in advance of the closing date, even though the time to closing was very short after we moved out of the house. They even supervised the final cleanup since we were already out of state at the time and could not do so. Bottom line - we put our full trust in them every step of the way and they delivered!
