I felt comfortable and confident this transaction was going to get done. Just about everything that could go wrong, went wrong. It was all situations that that should have been normal during any transaction. Alisa committed to fix every situation that arose. When I was ready to give up, she treated me like family and took the attitude we will fight this together.
