I started about 6 months early to prepare my home to sell, and Dave gave me great advice on what was important or not important to do, suggested potential vendors for me to choose from (they were excellent), suggested the right price, and marketed the heck out of my house. While I spent a lot of money getting the house in tip-top condition, I really think I got all of that investment back and more with the sale price that was higher than I expected. Melissa helped me layout my existing furniture, suggested what to move out, and staged my house. Boy, for the pictures, the place looked so nice I didn't want to sell anymore (but yes, I did!). I've been in the real estate business for over 50 years. I have worked with real estate agents throughout this country. Melissa Spencer is as professional as any Realtor that I have ever worked with or known. She goes way behind the typical real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, competent, respectful, detailed to the max, incredibly helpful, johnny on the spot for anything that needs to be done. If she says she'll do something, she does it and in a timely manner. She does all of this without being annoying! That's a feat in itself! Trust me, I never make these types of indorsements, she is just a unique individual that deserves a great deal of respect. I'm sure she will continue to do a great job in this business.
