Walt holds a degree in business administration and obtained his real estate license in 2006. The son of a custom home builder, Walt grew up in the family business learning everything he could about the real estate.

Over 20 yr business relationship with Walt!

Recently Walt helped me to sell the home I grew up in. He knew the market in real time. My company Marble Contracting LLC accomplished quite a few projects involving Walt, Simson Realty and Simpson properties. Outstanding transaction!
