We just purchased a condo in Ocean City, Maryland on 11/17/25. Dave provided us with excellence service. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I contacted him in September about real estate in Ocean City and gave him the property criteria that we wanted and the location. He set up a profile on the Real Estate MLS for us and we received notifications on all listed and upcoming properties that met our criteria. His communication was excellent and he was always very informative and always answered any questions that I had very promptly. Dave answered all of our questions promptly, scheduled appointments to look at properties, gave us updates from the Seller when we wrote a contract, communicated and helped us with the ratified contract, communicated and provided information from the Seller's agent on the condo's HOA, prepared us for settlement, sent us emails with check lists of what we had to do prior to settlement, scheduled our walk through on the day of settlement and lastly settlement at the title company was fast and went smoothly.
