She was also extremely helpful with all the things you might not think about in buying a home...she knows the Ocean City, MD area extremely well, and was able to help me when I hit road blocks in the closing process...like when I had to change mortgage lenders, or get HOI in a market where most insurance companies won't consider insuring. She continues to be fantastic resource for information about the area now that I am getting used to being a local owner.
