Sheri E. Smith is a true local and has always lived in the area. She got her Real Estate license in 1999. After graduating in 1987, and spending 13 years in the corporate world, in 1999 Sheri decided to pursue a career in real estate. She started in resort and new construction specialty markets. In early 2007, Sheri spent many months training and traveling to other areas of the country that were experiencing distress and change in their markets. She learned many things about doing short sales and selling bank owned properties from her months of training. Since 2008, she has become one of the markets top “Go To Agents” for Sellers in distress and Buyers that want to be successful in purchasing a Bank Owned or Short Sale property.
