My wife and I were referred to Gina by a personal friend/realtor when we were looking to list several acres of land that was part of an estate. Gina came highly recommended as someone who not only had a great handle on the local marketplace but who would also be a perfect fit for our selling needs and quite frankly, our personalities. We could not have asked for nor received better care with our first listing/sale, and she made what initially seemed like a daunting process a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. So much so, that when we were ready to list a family home several months later, she was our first call, without hesitation. Gina and Michelle really dug in and made us feel like we were their most important clients from the initial plan of attack prior to listing, right through the ultimate sale and beyond. We were frequently updated with any news and developments, always received immediate, thoughtful responses to our questions, and always got expert and professional counsel. From our perspective, the Cockerille Team worked seamlessly to make sure that we not only presented the best sales campaign, but that we also found the right buyer and deal for our needs. We had full faith and trust in the sales strategy, and in the end, the results far exceeded our expectations - we could not have had a better (or honestly, more fun!) seller experience. Gina and Michelle are the consummate professionals, and our only regret is that we don't have another home to sell through them (they really ARE that great to work with!). All we can say is WOW!! Gina was phenomenal for the start! She is such a personable person who cared deeply for our wants and needs while going through the steps for our new home purchase. Communicating with Gina was so easy. She very much available via email, a phone call and even text messages. We wanted to view our home a few times while under contract and Gina made accommodations to always make that happen. When we were blessed to not only meet Gina, but also her fabulous wife Michele, we feel that we made friends for a lifetime. Our kids and our parents even loved them very much! They are not only professional, they are just GREAT people!

Working with Marguerite made the whole process extremely smooth and enjoyable. She was in communication with me every step of the way and if I needed anything I could text, email or call and she would have an answer as soon as she got it (if she needed to reach out to the sellers agent).

Our anxiety was high and Shana was always there to abate my feelings by showing us the upside of each home we viewed. Moving from Sussex County back to New Castle County after 30 years was an adventure in patience as the market opportunity was limited, but Shane and Diane showed us how to expand our search in order to find a home we can make our own! It was not our primary residence, we live 2hrs away and are seniors. Denise took care of local arrangements in our absence. Her connections with folks in the are proved invaluable. Every single part of my experience was positive. Andrea went above and beyond at every stage from discussing my needs, looking at homes, meeting with builders, comparing different parts of Lewes, participating in the design session for my new home, taking pictures during the build, moving items out of the garage due to a mistake by the PM when a contractor came to do some work, and lending me an air mattress when my bed wasn't delivered in time. I'm sure I missed a few things but you should get the point. Andrea was fantastic!

My wife and I had a great experience with Bill Gaines selling our Lewes home. He was a great communicator and very attentive every step of the way, from pre-listing of our home right up until closing day. He's a realist, and was very adaptive to the market as we sold our home in under a month, which was very much what we needed. As we were moving to an area he didn't service, he recommended our buying agent to us, and worked hand in hand to make sure our contingency buy/sell went off without a hitch. He was always there when needed, and even at hours that were not "normal". Bill is a consummate whom we highly recommend!
