He's a realist, and was very adaptive to the market as we sold our home in under a month, which was very much what we needed. As we were moving to an area he didn't service, he recommended our buying agent to us, and worked hand in hand to make sure our contingency buy/sell went off without a hitch. He was always there when needed, and even at hours that were not "normal". Bill is a consummate whom we highly recommend!
