Very effective and resourceful!!

As for knowledge in the home purchase and sale of homes, you could not ask for a better agent/broker. Dan has superseded all expectations! From initial show, to negotiating the offer to the closing table!!! Follow ups and even after the deal has been closed. Thanks a million!

Highly recommend

Schmid was an excellent realtor and helped me and my family find the exact home we were looking for, and he made buying our first house an easy experience. This being my first home there was a lot I didn’t know, or understand and he was able to guide us through everything perfectly. He even spent multiple nights on the phone going over documents with me just to make sure I understood everything signing, and all of the documents were in order. I would highly recommend Schmid and his team to anybody looking to buy a home. Thanks again Schmid!

My Realtor, Schmid, is the man

My Realtor, Schmid, is the man. It was my first house and he helped me through the whole process so that I didn’t have to worry about what I was doing. He was available at any given time to view properties and never rushed me, answering all my questions and giving sound advice. Looking forward to buying my next house already!
