I draw off of my background in Management within the Hospitality Industry, where I learned the importance of recognizing an individual's various wants and needs. This helps me tailor my Real Estate business to each client that I have. Additonally, I hold a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Wilmington University. In the age of Social Media, it is important to have an Agent who can successfully promote your property on various platforms. I have the experience and expertise necessary to do so. Growing up in Northern Delaware, my family and I spent our weekends driving to the Delaware beaches to stay in our family home. Some of my fondest memories are centered around that time and I dreamed that one day I would make this wonderful coastal community my home. Ten years ago I made that dream a reality and my husband and I couldn't think of a better place to raise our family.

Jessica is awesome

Jessica is an awesome agent! She is knowledgeable, professional, and knows how to get things done. She answered all our concerns and put us in touch with great people to get the deal done. We were out of state buyers without much knowledge of the area. The property we were buying was a bit of an unusual purchase. Jessica made the deal go through while making us feel comfortable and knowledgeable about our purchase. Plus she’s just a joy to work with personally.
