We had a feedback from the second one that looked at the house. A contingent for the sale of they house was asked. AnnMarie always kept us up to date on it. And finally they agreed to do the closing.

Me and my girlfriend were house hunting for over 4 years. Peggy was always one call or text away. She would contact sellers and get us info on anything we wanted to know ASAP. We would find houses online and if she was available we would go look at it same day. Once we did find a house peggy made sure we were getting the best possible deal all while ensuring our offer would be the final bid. Peggy was able to have the seller fix anything to an extent that we were concerned about after the home inspection so everyone was on the same terms going on with the final processes of purchasing a house.

We met Ali while looking for a rental property, and we eventually decided on purchasing an investment property. Susan was a total professional right out of the gate, and then we got to see her caring, helpful personal side as well! My sister unfortunately was diagnosed with MS many years ago making some everyday tasks and chores a lot more difficult for her. While I was able to be there in DE for a good part of the time to prepare my deceased Mother house/estate for sale, I also had my house in CA that I was in the middle of getting ready to sell at the same time. This required some back and forth for me. While I was not there, Susan stepped up above and beyond to help my sister with thing that I don't believe most realtors would have done! Her caring actions made both my sister and I feel sooooo much more comfortable with this whole difficult process! And to top it all off, the house sold quickly and at a very good price as well! I could NOT have asked for more! My only regret is that she lives in DE and not CA so I could use her out here to help my get this house sold too, lol!!
