She had all the necessary contacts ready, from handyman services for minor repairs to making suggestions on how to properly market our home. The write up she did for our property captured every detail in plain everyday language without all the usual fluff. She made our home stand out from the competition in this challenging real estate market.

Michael Parkowski suggested that we consider Chris Cohan of Re-Max as the agent for marketing our property. We had not participated in any property transactions for more than forty years. We were aware that the procedures and practices involved in home sales have evolved significantly during this period. Chris toured our home, took notes, explained the listing process for Kent County DE, and gave us an accurate property value. Chris gave us tips to help make our home appealing to buyers. That included steps such as removal of carpets, wallpaper and painting etc., He suggested local businesses for the job and monitored their work. He systematically guided us through the property sale documentation and outlined recommended actions to take upon receiving a bona fide offer to purchase. Brandon did a good job with marketing our mom’s house which was a bit more on the difficult side as it is an older home needing many updates. He again was always available to stop by and/or answer phone calls. He kept us in the loop with feedback from viewings and contacted us quickly when offers came in. His negotiation skills got us what we wanted at the end of the day - our mom’s house sold for a fair price. We would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.
Debra & I are from New Jersey. For various reasons we wanted to leave the state. We came across Brandon’s videos on YouTube. We found them to be very informative about Delaware, the towns, communities, and homes. We were able to do our own research then turn to him for answers and confirmation. When we finally met with him he took us to numerous 55+ communities then stepped back and allowed us to speak with the builders’ representatives. He was never pushy but was there as an experienced consultant. During the construction of our new home he sent us pictures and drone videos of the process. When there was a bit of a conflict about the closing date due to my scheduled medical testing he interceded on our behalf and was able to convince the builder to give me the extra week I needed.
