Debra & I are from New Jersey. For various reasons we wanted to leave the state. We came across Brandon’s videos on YouTube. We found them to be very informative about Delaware, the towns, communities, and homes. We were able to do our own research then turn to him for answers and confirmation. When we finally met with him he took us to numerous 55+ communities then stepped back and allowed us to speak with the builders’ representatives.
