She was supper responsive no matter what time of day when I had a question she replied instantly. She is super knowledgeable and wasnt scared to say when she didnt know something which I liked but she was right on top of it getting me an answer. She was the BEST at negotiating and super professional but down to earth, funny, great personality and best of all real...I feel like I aquired a life long friend.
