Rita is absolutely amazing. She truly cares about you. I purchased my forever home in November 2023 thanks to Rita. I was very fortunate to meet Rita at an open house. While the property having the opening house was not for me, I walked away with the best realtor. Rita took time to listen to me and what I wanted. She spent countless hours painstakingly showing me home after home until I found the perfect one. This was a completely different experience than I had with prior realtors who didn’t listen to me, took me to tour homes that were not what I was looking for, and pressured me to buy so they could close a deal. Rita was a fresh of breath air. Once I found the home, Rita worked her magic to make sure the seller accepted my offer without me having to outbid all other buyers. In fact, I was not even the highest offer. She walked me through the entire buying process from offer acceptance to closing on the home answering all of my questions and concerns regardless of what time of day I reached out to her. She made the process seamless with effectively negotiating with the seller’s agent and communicating with the mortgage company, home inspector, etc to make sure there were no issues and closing occurred on time. Rita was there for us every step of the way in selling our home and purchasing our new one.
