In the past 20 years, Steve has been the selling agent or listing agent for numerous houses we have owned. He has always demonstrated extensive knowledge and the highest professionalism in each case. He has handled some difficult situations which otherwise might have ended in losing the house. Steve's recommendations for setting a selling price are right on target. His all around expertise cannot be challenged.
Steve Schmidt was very professional and prepared. On his first visit to our house he did extensive research in advance and was able to price our house on the first day he met us. Steve stayed in constant communication with us and was able to obtain a price above asking in a very short time. Steve did an excellent job.
Steve kept us informed throughout the sale of our house. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommended him!
Steve is as professional as it gets and knows the local market better than any other agent I have worked with. Highly recommend using him as an agent.
