Sandy was responsive from the start, never leaving me "hanging". She knew exactly what to do, when to do it, and whom to do it with. I needed some cosmetic work as well as a full carpet install, and she came thru with an awesome handyman as well as a flooring contractor, and they both had me scheduled within days if not hours. With this level of attention to detail, my home sold in less than 24 hours! Way to go, Sandy!!

Ms. Sandi was very professional and extremely helpful. She took her time explaining the process and ALL paperwork. She also was hands on with helping with repairs and even helped me move out some little things. Any questions I had she answered them throughly no matter the time of day.
