The sale of this home was the result of the owner passing away. The owner was a long time resident of historic New Castle and loved this town. The owner also had a long term relationship with Chris and he had expressed his desire to have him sell his home. As the ttee of the estate I had the obligation to fulfill the owners wishes. I could not have had a better agent than Chris. He was knowledgeable, he was good listener, he was patient with us getting thru this process while grieving. He helped us with many references to help us get the house ready for the market. His expertise and suggestions helped us sell this house and honor the owners wishes. We can't thank him enough for getting us thru this difficult task. And most of all, I think our uncle would have been happy with the outcome.
