The sale of this home was the result of the owner passing away. The owner was a long time resident of historic New Castle and loved this town. The owner also had a long term relationship with Chris and he had expressed his desire to have him sell his home. As the ttee of the estate I had the obligation to fulfill the owners wishes. I could not have had a better agent than Chris. He was knowledgeable, he was good listener, he was patient with us getting thru this process while grieving.
