My experience with Rachel was nothing short of amazing. Rachel is so knowledgeable, kind, and made the entire first time homebuyer process so smooth. Rachel was extremely responsive and understanding through the entire process, including preapproval, touring, offer negotiation, and inspection/repair negotiations. I never felt lost in the process as she kept me proactively informed on everything we would be doing going forward. She never made me feel stupid for asking questions as a first time buyer and was always ready troubleshooting any hiccup. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a home and I know if we ever decide to begin searching for a new home in the future she is the first person I’d call. Natalie has sold 5 houses for us in the past few years. She checks every detail and really cares about her clients and selling their house. We are out of State now and we have trusted her to handle everything while we weren’t there. Her attention to detail, sense of humor and common sense make working with her a pleasure. We met Barbara when we first bought our house and her kindness stuck with us so much that when we went to sell, we immediately knew who to call. Barbara is extremely experienced, professional, and communicative. She took care of absolutely everything we needed in a very timely manner and helped us navigate the complexities of selling our home in a way that put us at ease. Anything that came up was dealt with quickly and efficiently. She’s not only wonderful at her job, but she is fabulously kind and caring. By the end of the process she certainly felt like a part of the family. We would highly recommend her to anyone wanting experience, professionalism, and efficiency for their buying and selling needs.
