My experience with Rachel was nothing short of amazing. Rachel is so knowledgeable, kind, and made the entire first time homebuyer process so smooth. Rachel was extremely responsive and understanding through the entire process, including preapproval, touring, offer negotiation, and inspection/repair negotiations. I never felt lost in the process as she kept me proactively informed on everything we would be doing going forward. She never made me feel stupid for asking questions as a first time buyer and was always ready troubleshooting any hiccup.
