Timothy helped the reviewer sell this property

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, excellent communication, attention to every detail

Tim was so helpful with the preparation and sale of our house. The house needed some work and as we were not local, he coordinated appointments with contractors, gave us thorough updates on progress, and kept the process on track so the work was all complete in time for our target list date. He did an excellent job with the listing and had very thorough knowledge of the market and how to price the house. He handled negotiations with the buyer with the utmost professionalism and patience. At every step of the way we felt Tim was on our side, and always went to bat for us to get us the best possible conditions. I would highly recommend him!!
