The house needed some work and as we were not local, he coordinated appointments with contractors, gave us thorough updates on progress, and kept the process on track so the work was all complete in time for our target list date. He did an excellent job with the listing and had very thorough knowledge of the market and how to price the house. He handled negotiations with the buyer with the utmost professionalism and patience.
