Tim Carter did a great job. He knows the market, did a pre-market review for us about one year before we planned to sell the house, so we had time to make all the changes and fixes he recommended. We priced the house at the market price in our neighborhood (Westwoods) and Tim had a buyer identified within 2 hours of our signing the sales agreement with him. He brought that buyer within 24 hours and we had a full price offer within another 36 hours from that initial showing. Our house never needed a for sale sign or on-line marketing to sell.
