Tim is great! All the things you look for in a realtor, down to earth, not pushy, patient and most importantly to us accessible! (he answers the phone, emails text, etc). That's very important to us and not something we had working with other realtors in the past. And believe me we asked a lot of questions as we had some unusual circumstances occur on our sale. He even took time out of his busy schedule to give me insight into the possibility of a career in real estate. I would highly recommend him to any family and friend look to buy or sell!
Tim was calm under pressure and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the sale. From the first day I met with him I knew he was a good fit for me. Since I live a distance from the property I was selling Tim would stop by the house and check on things and meet with contractors to coordinate work that needed to be done.
