From the first moment I sat down with him (to discuss what I feared was an unachievable goal in my particular situation, i.e selling my house and purchasing another) to the final settlement, I felt known, listened to, cared for, and seen by an extremely bright, knowledgeable, yet low key, human being with a twinkle in his eye. There was never any pressure. He was always there for ME. The emphasis was always on ME (not often the norm in my experience)...what I wanted, what was necessary to get ME there....and always with kindness and an uncanny way of presenting what needed to be done without pressure such that one came around to seeing why it made sense. I've always dreaded realtors and the whole real estate process. I never emerged feeling good about a sale or a purchase. In fact one could say I've hated it.
