Barbara Fenimore was amazing. From the moment she met us to visit properties in DE I knew she was going to help us find our dream home! Barbara took the time to research the new neighborhoods and make recommendations. She also was such a great communicator during the building process which can be very stressful. She was so helpful negotiating with the salesperson at Lennar. Building a relationship with new builders was key for us and Barbara never let us down. She went to our inspection, walk through and the closing (we were virtual). Barbara is a true professional and I can't say enough positive things about her!
